Our first floor one bedroom rental apartment has been furnished to include everything you might need for your self catering stay in Puerto del Carmen. All the amenities and restaurants are just a short walk away, but, for those occasions when you just want to relax and stay in for an evening, we have tried to think of everything you might need.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has a wide range of cooking utensils, there are UK channels available free of charge on the TV (please note, not premium channels) and free wifi for your use.

We offer a Welcome Pack upon your arrival and weekly linen changes for shorter term bookings; longer term by prior arrangement. Our arrival and departure days are flexible, but we ask that guests do not arrive before 3pm on their arrival day and leave by 10am on their departure day to enable our excellent managers to get the apartment ready for our next guests.

The apartment is available to rent all year round and we cater for groups of up to three, but with a limit of a maximum of two adults. We accept bookings from one week to several months, should you wish to escape to the sun during winter, and are happy to discuss prices for longer term bookings.
